You may request for the processing of your personal data to be restricted. You can email us at any time in  this regard at datenschutz@sgb.de. You may request the restriction of processing activities in the following cases:

• We usually require time to check your claim if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us. You may request for the processing of your personal data to be restricted for the duration of such check.

• You can request for the data processing activities to be restricted instead of your personal data being deleted if it was / is being processed illegitimately.

• You may request for the processing of your personal data to be restricted instead of the data being deleted if we no longer require your personal data but you need it for asserting, executing or defending legal claims.

• Your interests have to be weighed up against our interests if you have raised an objection in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR. You may request for the processing of your personal data to be restricted for as long as it has not yet been established whose interests outweigh the other party’s.

• If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may only be processed (with the exception of its storage) with your consent or to assert, execute or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural person or legal entity, or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or one of its member states.

4. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter advertised on the website, you need to provide us with an email address and information that enables us to check that you are the owner of the email address provided and agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not transfer it to third parties.

5. Plugins and tools

Google Maps (with consent)

This website uses the Google Maps service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Maps is deactivated when you visit our website for the first time to protect data on our website. A direct link to the Google servers is only created when you activate Google Maps voluntarily (consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). This prevents your data from being transferred to Google as soon as you enter the website.

Once activated, Google Maps stores your IP address which is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server located in the USA. The provider of this website has no influence over this data transfer once Google Maps has been activated.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and make it possible to analyze your use of the website. The information on your use of this website (including IP address) created by the cookie is transferred to and stored on a Google server located in the USA.
