On Wednesday, June 14, 2023, the 20th Siegerland company run took place in imperial weather. At the start: Team SGB!
At 7:30 p.m. sharp, Siegen's mayor Steffen Mues gave the starting signal for this year's company run. About 8,500 participants were registered, among them Team SGB with 5 runners. The 5.5 km route from Weidenau to Siegen and back was successfully mastered by all - sometimes jogging, sometimes walking. On the way: a great atmosphere with hundreds of spectators, musical support, beverage stands. The organizers deserve a big thank you!
SGB has participated in the event since 2015 and covers the costs for participants. In addition to the health aspect, the fun of doing things together is clearly in the foreground. So it is no wonder that the participants - this year a colorful mix from the areas of order processing, marketing, production and incoming goods - concluded the company run in a relaxed atmosphere.
